Create compatibility matrix

I recently found out that routerOS 7.12.1 in particular has some compatibility issues with this provider.

I have developed and tested this provider against version 7.16 running on my RB5009

I should create a compatibility matrix of sorts to state which versions in particular are compatible. I don't have a spare device to flash different versions of RouterOS on to test, but I have seen people running ROS in docker, so that might be of interest.
