ShowRSS does list all my shows and I have regenerated the feed a couple of times but it doesnt appear that Catch is downloading all of the shows. It worked perfectly until about mid summer.

Make sure you're running the latest release. You can find your version number at the bottom of the Help menu in Catch.

Same here. Using the latest version, which seems to be from 2022. Nothing in the FAQ either. No idea when this started for me since summer usually doesn't have much new episodes going on.
