Search page copy updates #624

What

Make the following copy changes to the search page:

  • update the page title and H1 to "Search MoJ data"
  • Update the details component summary text to "Search tips"
  • Update the link text within the details component to "More advanced search options"

Why

To improve readability.

Work with Mark to do this so he can make future copy updates
