Design - we still haven't nailed down where exactly this feedback link lives.

Decisions from discussion with Mark & Jess this morning

• We're not going to go with the phase banner - earlier we made a decision not to use it, as it doesn't play nicely with the MOJ header for internal services
• This means we need some other way of conveying the current state of the catalogue to our users, and somewhere else to put the feedback link
• We reckon the best place for the link other than a phase banner is the MOJ header, next to the sign out link
• We could look at moving the contact up to the nav bar as well, since we want to encourage contact at this stage
• We should use GOV.UK design for the form rather than surveymonkey - follow the template from https://www.gov.uk/service-manual/service-assessments/get-feedback-page
• As we are in private beta, we should roll our own rather than request a link from GDS.
• We will need a way to extract the survey responses (django admin?)

Next steps:

1. @MatMoore to prototype the updated header
2. @markjefferson-gov is going to look into homepage copy

The bulk of this is merged now, just need to sort out the home page copy to describe what's currently on the catalogue.
