User Story

As a AP user
I expect to be able to enable a "dark mode" theme
So that I can gain the benefits of having a darkened screen when using the AP, such as reduced eye strain and improved visibility

Value / Purpose

Dark mode on a computer can have several benefits, including:

  • Reduced eye strain: Dark mode reduces the amount of bright light emitted from the screen, which can help prevent or relieve eye strain. This is especially helpful in low-light conditions or when looking at a screen for long periods of time.
  • Improved visibility: Dark mode can improve visibility for people with low vision or who are sensitive to bright light.
  • Better battery life: Dark mode can save battery life because black pixels consume less power than white ones.
  • Aesthetic preference: Some people may prefer the look of dark mode over light mode.
  • Improved screen experience: Dark mode can help you focus and improve your overall screen experience.
