🐞 Build and Push action wipes out current directory

Describe the bug.

Now that Octo STS is available in MoJAS (#5134) when users try to use the functionality followed by https://github.com/moj-analytical-services/actions-build-and-push-to-ecr, the actions will wipe out the already cloned repository

Expected Behaviour

Action only performs Docker/ECR actions, it does not need to perform a checkout
