📖 Ingestion: Define User Onboarding

User Story

As a… consumer of the ingestion service
I need/want/expect to… be able to clearly understand what is expected of me as a user
So that… I can consume the service

Value / Purpose

As it stands we have created the Ingestion service but not documented in the user guide or defined how users ought to be onboarded to it.

A user must be added in this file.

Required information:

• an SSH public key
• the IP address they will be connecting to the system from

We ought to adopt a uniform username for all users. At the moment this is of the form firstnamelastname.

Proposal

Create a new Issue Template to gather the information required to then onboard users on to the service.

Definition of Done

• Update documentation to include steps required
• Create a new ISSUE_TEMPLATE in yml format in the support repository. Use mandatory fields for required content.
