📖 Update remediation for missing Rproj to AP user guidance

on the back of https://github.com/ministryofjustice/data-platform-support/issues/444, we should update AP user guidance to include instructions on how to handle the input output error in https://github.com/ministryofjustice/data-platform-support/issues/444#issuecomment-1938340537

In this scenario, the repository didn't have an .Rproj file so RStudio couldn't open it, the solution was https://github.com/moj-analytical-services/cjs_modelling_team_mags_model/pull/5
