docs/source/documentation/platform/infrastructure/self-hosted-runners.html.md.erb needs updating as method has changed to use a published Chart https://github.com/ministryofjustice/data-platform/blob/main/terraform/cloud-platform/live/data-platform-production/actions-runners/create-a-derived-table.tf
