🐛 Helm failures in ingress renaming

Describe the bug.

raised from support issue , the github action fails in the helm chart deployment with :
Error: UPGRADE FAILED: failed to create resource: admission webhook "validate.nginx.ingress.kubernetes.io" denied the request: host "ltc-capabilites-app-dev.apps.live.cloud-platform.service.justice.gov.uk" and path "/" is already defined in ingress /

Ingress name uses helm template function to split the prefix and suffix.

This has been in there for 5 months, for some reason its only now started to be a issue where the old ingress has the prefix and suffix.

To Reproduce

Unsure if this would replicate in other pplications - part of investigation
