Google Login not working on Raspberry Pi #88

Make shure to update the Launcher to v0.11.0+. Every older version won't be able to sign in anymore. It is possible that inofficial installation methods provide old binaries. |
When I open the launcher, it takes me straight to the sign in screen. How do you update it? I downloaded the launcher from this app store made for the Raspberry Pi. It's called Pi apps, and is usually the easiest way for me to download stuff. |
Hello? Anyone there? |
I have no access to Pi Apps I only support installing this app like described here: https://mcpelauncher.readthedocs.io/. Download it here https://github.com/minecraft-linux/appimage-builder/releases/download/v0.11.2-718/Minecraft_Bedrock_Launcher-arm64-v0.11.2.718.AppImage. (! 64bit, it is possible you have installed an 32bit os / https://github.com/minecraft-linux/appimage-builder/releases/download/v0.11.2-718/Minecraft_Bedrock_Launcher-armhf-v0.11.2.718.AppImage) Or use one of these tools https://appimage.github.io/AppImageUpdate/ and https://github.com/TheAssassin/AppImageLauncher to apply the update. |
I'll try that, thank you! I should mention that I believe the Raspberry Pi I have is a 32 bit machine, but either way I will try the appimage method. |
Hello! I have the launcher installed on my Raspberry Pi 4, and I have purchased Minecraft on the Google play store, but when logging in, I always get the error saying that Google could not log in. I don't know what to do, any help is appreciated! thank you!
