Not really an issue, but where do I upload maps?

I have a bedrock edition map that my friend had on his old iPad. I transferred the save file to my mac so we could convert it to Java Edition since he just got a PC. On Windows 10 there is a dedicated folder for storing saves. Where can I find this on mac?

Well I guess you can see what directory that the Minecraft files are saved in by clicking the pen icon (edit) and locating to the data directory.
