Is it possible to use the ocr_predictor for Vietnamese without training a new model?

Hi @hienphan161 👋,

Currently we don't have a model which supports the vietnamese vocab, but it's planned to make docTR multilingual in 2025, but this will take some time because we don't have data for vietnamese, arabic, hindi, and so on so we need to create a high quality tool to generate synth data as close as possible to real world samples.
