I would like to propose add following topics on this dev meeting:

  • Grin lacks a GUI wallet, and I heard a lot of complains on this, and even it has been taken as one major "difference" between Grin and other MimbleWimble implementation but it should not. Does it make sense to tag it (Grin GUI Wallet) as the high priority task at the moment?
  • Even there're already some ongoing work there for 3rd party grin wallet: https://github.com/mimblewimble/docs/wiki/Community-projects#wallets, looks like none of them would become a 2nd native Grin wallet (in https://github.com/mimblewimble repos), (perhaps can discuss further on meeting about this point). So, the question is what's our exact proposal for Grin users (for a GUI wallet)?
  • Since Wallet713 already have 2 grin core dev members there to involve its development, is it possible to move the Wallet713 project as a native project into https://github.com/mimblewimble? and we can put more resources on this wallet devs. if not, then, what's our strategy on grin wallet development?
  • Is it a good proposal to set up a special funding campaign (or a dedicated funding account) to support and encourage the Grin wallet(s) development? I believe this funding would be welcome on the Grin community, perhaps a voting request on grin forum?
