The new frontend got rid of ids that were added just for tests, so tests will need to be written with different identifiers.

We also need to decide on the navbar/finalize design so that the feature tests know where to click to log the user in, etc.

Update circleci config so that it calls - run: bundle exec rspec instead of - run: bundle exec rspec spec --tag ~@feature
