Implement missing Migaku Vacation features #67

The following migaku vacation features are still missing in the migaku anki addon:

Catch up (reschedule the current reviews over X days)
Learn ahead (reschedule future reviews to today)
Migaku Study schedule should be applied to all decks (or option groups) per default (currently you have to enable it manually)
