When users use the addon on new macos versions they are getting the following error:

Anki 2.1.63 (f356f177) Python 3.9.15 Qt 6.5.0 PyQt 6.5.0
Platform: macOS-13.4-arm64-arm-64bit
Flags: frz=True ao=True sv=3
Add-ons, last update check: 2023-06-21 20:39:12

WARNING:pynput.keyboard.Listener:This process is not trusted! Input event monitoring will not be possible until it is added to accessibility clients.

If possible, we should handle this by showing a dialog that tells them how to add anki to the programs that are allowed to use global hotkeys and also give an option to not ask about this again.
