Some datasets indexed under 'Scotland' -- may want to just move under 'United Kingdom' for now #166

We don't have individuals in the ontology for any of the administrative subdivisions of the UK at the moment, although we can add them in the near future. In addition, since Scotland will continue to be part of the UK for the foreseeable future, it might be better to move these datasets under the UK.

Location: Disease surveillance data > Europe > Scotland

Same goes for Wales.
