Expanding the response preview when resized shows a resize expanding view

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to this staging site
2. Run the mail query
3. Resize the request area to make it bigger
4. Click the expand button on the response area
5. See t

Expected behavior
If the response is minimized and expand is clicked, the expanded response should take up the entire space provided by the modal.
