Describe the bug
When a permission doesn't exist, suggestions are still provided and when one tries to expand the group, nothing is displayed even though the group shows there are nested items. For example, typing "Apple" displays "Application (2), Policy (1)" and when you try to expand the group there is nothing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the Profile icon
  2. Click on 'Consent to Permission'
  3. On the search box type a value that wouldn't exist. e.g 'Apple'
  4. See error

Expected behavior
The message "We did not find any permissions" as it was before.
