Inconsistent experience executing queries (sample queries & queries from Resources)

Currently on sample queries, some queries would execute automatically when selecting them from the list while others won't execute until clicking on Run query button.
On Resources, selecting a query would populate the query field but won't execute.

Expected behavior:

• A consistent experience across all GE features
• Selecting a query should not automatically run it. Selecting from the list should only serve to populate the query box.
