Isolating resource items on resource explorer

Describe the bug
Clicking on 'More Actions' then isolating resources on resource explorer results in a blank screen

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/graph-explorer
2. Click on Resources tab
3. Click on 'More Actions' button on the right of any resource item
4. Click on Isolate
5. Notice the error

Expected behavior
Clicking isolate should properly isolate the resource
