AFAIK this problem exists with any x11 forwarding utility in any version of windows not just wslg on windows 11. Not sure if that helps at all but in windows 10, this appears when attempting to send an emoji to a Linux app via any method. Picture is me trying to type a ballon. This little interface pops up captures the ballon and dissappears.
