Hello First of all, VLC is 3.0.17.4 "Vetinari" and it doesn't show update when I check for updates. winget list VideoLAN.VLC

I had to move to Windows 11 from Windows 10 so I have no means to reproduce the issue anymore. The VLC I installed was the standard "final"/"stable" version downloaded from the official website. Re-installed to make sure. |

Brief description of your issue
Winget replaces stable/final version of VLC player with nightly/unstable one when you 'winget upgrade --all' . VLC is a hugely popular project and it may create myriad of issues on user side and development side.
Steps to reproduce
Have VLC current stable installed (videolan.org)
Type "winget upgrade --all" in powershell/administrator
Actual behavior
Tries to replace stable 3.x version with 4.x nightly/development version
Expected behavior
Should not try to replace stable version with non-general public development/nightly version which may be unstable and not intended for general consumption.
