Brief description of your issue

Tracking external Issue:

Steps to reproduce

winget install screentogif -s winget
-or-
winget install screentogif -s msstore

Expected behavior

After install succeeds I can launch Screen To Gif.

Actual behavior

ScreenToGif Error

Environment

PS C:\Users\denelon> winget --info

Off-topic, but does the Microsoft Store have a manual review step for win32 apps like the community repository does? It seems like apps that don't run shouldn't make it into the store (because it is the "official" source), although they do here because I'm the only mod with a arm64 device and I rarely test on it :/

I don't know what all gets tested for the Microsoft Store. I've mentioned this to them.
