Cannot save events on days when daylight savings start #519

When trying to create an event on Sunday 29 September 2024, when saved the event is instead created on Saturday 28 September 2024.

This also happens when you try to create an event on Sunday 28 September 2025, instead the event will be created on Saturday 27 September 2025.

Our timezone is NZST. We suspect that it may have to do with the start of daylight savings not being handled properly.
