Execution failed for task ':app:mergeDebugResources' (GC overhead limit exceeded)

It is an angular web app.With few pipeline task it has been Build according and through Cordova to get output of android.

In build pipeline ( Cordova 8.1.0) using for android.Pipeline Failed at this task every time

I tried all the possible research available.Please help me out.
