Description

VSTest only partially tests using dotnet test, which leaves it vulnerable to errors that are introduced in dotnet/sdk where part of test platform, is also present. Add few basic scenarios testing dotnet test + csproj and dotnet test + dll.

This can also be used to confirm that changes in VSTest MSBuild task are correct.
