  • VSCode Version:Version 1.22.2 (1.22.2)
  • OS Version:macOS 10.13.4 (17E199)

Steps to Reproduce:
When i use import.meta on esm, the editor show ‘[js] Argument expression expected.’, is it a bug?

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

Tracked upstream by microsoft/TypeScript#22861

Fixed in typescript@next / typescript 2.9 which we'll pick up for may
