Integrated terminals not persisted between restarts #41443

VSCode Version:1.19.2
OS Version: Mac Sierra 10.12.6

Steps to Reproduce:

Open a project in vs code.
Add a few integrated terminals.
Rename terminals.
Save workspace as file.code-workspace
Restart vs code by using code file.code-workspace. Or restart code and open workspace.
All the files are open as before 👍.
The terminal goes back to bash 👎.

Is there a way to persist the different terminals between restarts?

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: No
