  • VSCode Version: 1.17 stable
  • OS Version: Windows 10 version 1703 build 15063.632

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open a terminal in Chinese Windows environment, input a command such as ls;
  2. Scoll the screen, text should be flush, but they are still on screen.
