why vscode doesn't support large file? #29519

VSCode Version: May 2017 (version 1.13)
OS Version: Win10

Steps to Reproduce:

Open a large size file, such as watch a log.
It report

Reproduces without extensions: Don't care

It's really a pity, could it support edit on stream mode?

vscodebot bot assigned bpasero

vscodebot bot added the workbench label

bpasero added editor and removed workbench labels

bpasero assigned alexdima and unassigned bpasero
