Allow more than 9 items in the title bar

Currently, there are only 9 items allowed in the title bar. Is there any specific reason for that?
On the first screenshot, there are only 6 but as soon as I click Open Changes with Revision..., and multiple diff-related buttons show up, it’s impossible to have more than 9 in total, despite a lot of free space being available.

I agree, it would be nice to explore a different approach here. Instead of having a max number of actions, there could be a maximum available width which the toolbar could use to fill as many actions that fit.

Yes please. I am using a custom toolbar extension which allows the user to add a number of desired buttons in this space. But no more than 9 of them will show up. (Better yet, I would like VS Code to have its own optional toolbar, but I suppose that would be another issue.)
