Attaching VSCode to running container disconnect remote session #110688

Issue:

When attaching VSCode to running container, remote session always disconnect and unable to reconnect
Attaching VSCode to shell of container works, though

System Info:

VSCode Version: 1.50.1
OS Version: Windows 10 x64 build 17134

Steps to Reproduce:

SSH to remote using Remote-SSH: Connect to Host
In VSCode container extension, right click on existing, running container and "Attach Visual Studio Code"

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No
N/A. To reproduce, extensions are required.
