Azure auth: Ignoring tenant leads to error

• MSSQL Extension Version: main
• VSCode Version: Latest
• OS Version: Windows 11

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Clear account cache by removing cache file from C:\Users\~\AppData\Roaming\Code\Azure Accounts
2. Create a new connection by selecting a Live account.
3. Reauthenticate as prompted.
4. On re-auth, another pop-up comes for authenticating to SQL resources:
   
5. Select Ignore tenant, notice the error:
   

Expected:

• Don't ask to ignore tenant in VS Code MSSQL - support re-authentication directly.
