Support for dolt output

Support the output coming from a make build that also uses dolt.

Is this still necessary? I haven't seen any feedback for dolt, so it may not be a necessary work item.

We can lower priority. CLion supports dolt and makefile. In the item description I gave 2 repositories that use it (and which lose IntelliSense coverage because we don't handle it yet). For sure there are more.
