Currently we either display a stack trace or just a message saying the kernel failed to start.
Suggestion:

  • If kernel failed to start due to a Python error, then display the python error message
  • If kernel failed to start due to some known (based on past github issues) reason, then display a meaningful message with a solution
  • Display a link for more information on how the user could resolve the issue
