Jupyter Dataframe filter might include an option for exact match (or casing)

I found some behavior that I found odd when filtering the data of a dataframe,then a realize it was greping the data, not exactly matching it. This was previously reported.

I think that we can include an option for exact matching or casing as the general search options for VS Code work on the Dataframe preview.
