Suggestion

JPQL syntax is a great feature, it would be great if it supports:

  • Text blocks
  • String concatenation

In the following image you can see that right now isn't supported

I would like to suggest to move this issue over to https://github.com/spring-projects/sts4/issues/ where the actual feature is being implemented... :-)

@raulvaldoleiros text blocks are supported in the latest version of the spring boot tools extension I believe:

As for string concatenation it'd take some effort to support it.

Currently I have the version 1.54.0 installed

I don't have a newest version to install

Maybe I just need to wait for the next stable release.

@raulvaldoleiros There is a button on the extension page to switch to a pre-release version.

@martinlippert The pre-release works as expected.
Thanks for the hint :)
