[BUG] Tests not discovered

Describe the Issue

#1644 is still not working for me
@ocallesp , why did you close the previous bug? (because it is not fixed)

Steps To Reproduce

• Install VScode 1.97 in separate dir with zip install.
• Clone repo referenced in issue [BUG] Unit Tests are not discovered in Test Explorer by C# Dev Kit in version 1.10.16 to 1.13.9 inclusive #1644
• go to test explorer, build
• empty

Expected Behavior

No response

• Win 10
• Zip Install
• VS Code 1.97
• C# Dev Kit 1.16.6

Could you share the Test Explorer log to check if this is the same issue ?

If you close, an re-open the solution, does it detect the test projects?

From my perspective, nothing has changed. Tests do not show up in any case (they do show up in the .net test explorer extension)

btw. I don't have access to the link @ocallesp posted, and I am also a bit astonished that there is an other issue tracker (not github).
