@gregorybleiker
Could you share the Test Explorer log to check if this is the same issue ?

If you close, an re-open the solution, does it detect the test projects?

@ocallesp the logs are:

Created Test Controller
Log verbosity: diagnostic
[diag] C# Dev Kit version: 1.16.6
[diag] platform: win32 arch: x64
Using vstest from dotnet sdk in [C:\Program Files\dotnet\sdk\9.0.102].
Initialized Test Explorer Server [39068]
Test Store Folder: c:\tools\vscode\data\user-data\User\workspaceStorage\544d7c1be2c78fefc8d9358298eb5a0b\ms-dotnettools.csdevkit
Test data store opened in 0.074 sec.
[diag] Test Store loaded from persistance: No
Initialized project system provider.

From my perspective, nothing has changed. Tests do not show up in any case (they do show up in the .net test explorer extension)

btw. I don't have access to the link @ocallesp posted, and I am also a bit astonished that there is an other issue tracker (not github).
