[GitHub Codespaces] Fail to upload files/folder to the blob container/file shares on the Local Codespaces

Environment: Local Codespaces
Build Version: 20240712.1
Regression: Previous Release (0.15.3)

Repro Steps:

1. Upload a file/folder to a blob container.
2. Check whether succeeds to upload the file.

Expect:
Succeed to upload the file to a blob container.

Actual:
Fail to upload the file to a blob container.

More Info:

1. This issue also reproduces when executing command "Deploy to Static Website via Azure Storage...".
2. This issue does not reproduce on the Non-Codespaces environment.

This is probably related to some change that we made to upload regarding the file path. Will have to investigate.

Does downloading from a blob work?

Hi @nturinski , I've verified whether downloading from the blob works or not, but the same error still shows up.

On the main build 20241125.1 for the Remote Codespaces, this issue doesn't reproduce, but an error occurs when browsing static website after executing the "Deploy to Static Website via Azure Storage..." command.
