Environment: Remote Codespaces
Build Version: 20230806.1

Repro Steps:

Expand a storage account -> Expand Blob Containers -> Expand a blob container -> Click "Open in Explorer..." -> Click "Open in new window".
Check whether the blob container is opened in a new window.

Expect:
The blob container is opened in a new window.

Actual:

An error occurs.
There is a warning in the explorer view.

More Info:

This issue doesn't reproduce on the Local Codespaces environment.
This issue also reproduces for the file share.
