Local Azure function and VSCode won't connect to Azurite #4344

Worked yesterday but not today.

Azure.Core: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. (127.0.0.1:10001). System.Net.Http: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. (127.0.0.1:10001). System.Net.Sockets: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

Azurite is running, the Storage Explorer works, VS Code extension works, firewall is off, tried running everything as admin, uninstalled and reinstalled the extensions.

I am experiencing this exact same problem , found this issue by searching the error message - just wanted to add comment to highlight this could be an issue that is not effecting just a single user
