Redundant content in logs

Describe the bug
The logs are being displayed with redundant content, with the string [' being added at the beginning and '] at the end.
The same redundant content is saved also to Azure DevOps logs.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use any task, ex. PowerPlatformPublishCustomizations@2 or PowerPlatformExportSolution@2

Expected behavior
Logs should be displayed without redundant content.
