Push log to storage-server and mapping job attempt log with the attempt in history server

We need a way to save every attempts logs, and mapping the each attempt log with the history server.

User experience:

1. User can found running job attempt log from the web portal.
2. User can get the finished job attempt log link from the history server.

TODO:

1. find a reliable way to push log to storage -server
2. mapping log in storage-server with the history-server. (refer this path: /job_log/node_name/user-name/job-name/pod_uid )
