Out for the Holidays! ❄⛄😴🎿☕🎆

Hi everyone!

As we near the end of 2021, most of the folks on the WinUI team will be taking time off for the holidays to recharge after a big year. (We've been slowly disappearing already 🔍) Thank you in advance for your patience as we log off for a few weeks to return in early January. Please feel free to continue filing bugs, asking questions, and opening issues — we will leave them with the needs-triage tag until we're back and able to respond.

Some updates:

• We're still discussing our WinUI 3 in Windows App SDK 1.1 roadmap. We've added the most up-to-date info in this PR (Update readme with 1.0 changes & 1.1 roadmap #6460) and we'll continue to update and clarify in January 🗺
• We are actively working on uploading a new version of the XAML Controls Gallery with WinUI 3 on WASDK 1.0 and crossing our fingers we'll be able to upload it before January! 🎨
• We will not be hosting a December community call, our next call will be January 19th 📞
