Azure DevOps Extensions

Can extensions be made for Azure DevOps similarly to the GitHub extension? I'd like to be able to see and manage pull requests, work items, my azure repos, and the like in one environment.

Scenario

My company chose Azure DevOps instead of GitHub for its inherit integration with Azure AD mainly for security and management in one platform. I would like to be able to do the same things is Windows as GitHub users can with the Azure DevOps platform.
