Suggested new feature or improvement

Installed extensions for Dev Home should be able to populate their own navigation view items. These navview items can be powered by adaptive cards that are being sent from the extension.

Scenario

Here is a general outline of the expected flow:

  1. A user installs a valid Dev Home extension
  2. The extension should be able to populate a navigation view item in Dev Home with sub-navview items.
  3. A user should be able to toggle on/off the NavView items for an extension from settings
