nuget cache not completly transfered to dev drive, vs 2022 community edition not working whith moved (copy pasted) projects anymore!!! #3989

Steps to reproduce the bug

create new dev drive, let the tool move the cache (nuget/npm), copy paste existing projects, open existing (moved project) with vs

Expected result

working properly???

Actual result

It will load a winui project with wpf designer, not longer recognizing xaml (all underlined) packages not longer known, but nuget manager tells all fine,
nuget restore in terminal is not recognized, ver also not...
