Steps to reproduce the bug

Right now, PI uses "attach/detach" to mean 2 different things. In the toolbar, it means "dock/undock". In the navbar it means "dissociate" or "stop tracking".

Suggest we change the toolbar items to "dock/undock" and the navbar button to "stop tracking", or similar.
